Nina is based in Auckland and has over 15 years’ experience as a mediator.
She has received recognition as a leader in the field of mediation, having been a mediator of the year finalist in each of 2017, 2018 and 2019.
Nina has recently been admitted as a Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators, an invitation-only organization of highly experienced mediators from around the world. In addition, she has significant mediation experience resolving disputes involving high performance standards, close working relationships, public relations and the media, reputational concerns and money.
Nina has lectured undergraduate law students at the University of Auckland Faculty of Law in negotiation, mediation and dispute resolution theory and practice for over 10 years. She also teaches mediation law, theory and advocacy at Master’s level.
Combining her extensive academic and legal experience, Nina currently serves on the International Standards Commission of the International Mediation Institute, accrediting mediator and mediation advocate training programmes from around the world.
