Don was previously a founding partner of SBM Legal and before then, was a partner at Simpson Grierson for 10 years, the last three years as Head of Litigation.
Don has a strong background in sports integrity. He recently chaired the Government’s Working Group on Integrity in the Sports and Recreation sector, and he is the Chair of the World Athletics Integrity Vetting Panel. He also is the Chair of Super Rugby Club the Blues. Don has previously served as a director of NZ Cricket, Sport NZ, High-Performance Sport NZ and was Chair of Netball NZ.
